Sludge paddle dryer is a special sludge dryer professionally designed by our factory for the sludge generated from city sewage treatment plant, printing and dyeing plant, paper mill, electroplating plant, thermal power plant, chemical plant, etc., which can solve the problem of sludge trouble for you. General sludge initial moisture in 80%, after drying the final moisture of 10% -50%, water content of about 30% is more common. Dry sludge into loose powder granularity can be mixed with coal directly into the boiler combustion, the calorific value of sludge is about 1500-2000kcal or so, can save energy and reuse, some sludge can also be made into fertilizers and building materials after drying, or directly to landfill will not cause secondary pollution, turning waste into treasure, fully meet the requirements of environmental protection, the low energy consumption of this equipment, the heat source can be used for steam, thermal oil, flue gas heating (evaporation of 1kg of water), the heat source can be used for steam, thermal oil, gas heating (evaporation of 1kg of water). Sludge dryer working principle
The hollow shaft is densely arranged with wedge-type hollow slurry leaves, and the hot medium flows through the slurry leaves through the hollow shaft. Unit effective volume within the heat transfer area is very large, the temperature of the heat medium from -40 ℃ to 320 ℃, can be water vapor, can also be liquid type: such as hot water, heat transfer oil, etc.. Indirect conduction heating, no carrying air to take away the heat, heat are used to heat the material. The heat loss is only the heat dissipation to the environment through the body insulation layer. The heat transfer surface of the wedge-shaped blade has a self-cleaning function. The relative motion of the material particles and the wedge-type surface produces a scrubbing effect, which can wash away the material attached to the wedge-type surface, so that the operation has been to maintain a clean heat transfer surface. The shell of slurry dryer is Ω-type, and two to four hollow stirring shafts are generally arranged in the shell. The shell has sealed end cover and upper cover to prevent the material dust from leaking out and give full play to its function.
Heat transfer medium through the rotary joint, flow through the shell jacket and hollow stirring shaft, hollow stirring shaft according to the type of heat medium and has a different internal structure to ensure the heat transfer effect.
